Pencatatan list peserta, penyerahan kunci, kaos dan merchandise oleh Diajeng

18.30 – 19.00 : Kumpul di Resto Diklat

Dress Code : Seragam kemeja Stream Community

19.00 – 19.15 : Opening MC by Mr Sipee

19.15 – 19.30 : Sambutan Ketua Panitia

19.30 – 19.45 : Sambutan Ketua Umum

19.45 – 20.00 : Sambutan masing-masing ketua Chapter

20.00 – 21.00 : Dinner + sajian Live Music

21.00 – 21.15 : Kesenian Daerah

21.15 – 21.45 : Magician Show by Mr Harris

21.45 – 22.15 : Hypnotic Show by Mr Valdi

22.15 – : Selesai (Acara bebas / Istirahat)

06.00 – 07.00 : Breakfast di Resto Diklat

07.00 – 07.30 : Kumpul di area parkir untuk persiapan konvoi ke area Gathering.

(Bagi peserta yang akan kembali ke area masing-masing pada hari itu bisa langsung

melakukan check out process)

Dress Code : Kaos GathNas Stream Community

07.30 – 08.30 : Start konvoi dari Wisma Diklat menuju Kaliurang.

08.30 – 09.00 : Format Parkir di lokasi

09.00 – 09.15 : Pembukaan, MC by Mr Sipee & Miss Tata

09.15 – 09.30 : DJ Performance by Miss Nathan Sky

09.30 – 11.00 : Fun Games dipandu MC dan diiringi DJ serta ditutup dengan pengumuman dan

pembagian hadiah.

11.00 – 12.00 : Live Music

12.00 – 13.00 : Ishoma

13.00 – 14.00 : Kontes mobil Honda Stream member SC dengan tema:

– Best OEM

– Best Tuner

– Best Custom Modification + How Low Can You Ride

(Penjurian oleh Harpit Creative + Andra Platinum)

14.00 – 14.30 : Live Music

14.30 – 15.00 : Pengumuman pemenang kontes serta penyerahan hadiah.

15.00 – 15.30 : Penutupan

15.30 – 16.00 : Acara Bebas (Istirahat, Shalat)

16.00 – : Selesai. Semua Peserta meninggalkan area Gathering dan bersama-sama konvoi di

Kaliurang lalu kembali menuju Wisma bagi yg extend dan kembali ke area masing2

bagi yang akan langsung pulang.

Noted:

1. Biaya registrasi:

– Personal : Rp 550.000,-

– Keluarga : Rp 750.000,-(Biaya makan tambahan tergantung dari jumlah anak yang diajak).

Biaya Registrasi tsb sudah meliputi kaos peserta Gathnas, Merchandise, 3x makan (Gala Dinner, Breakfast dan Lunch di area Gathering), tiket retribusi masuk Kaliurang, Penginapan 1 malam di Wisma Diklat (Fasilitas: Kamar 2 bed, AC, Air Panas) dan biaya partisipasi acara meliputi berbagai perform acara yang akan disajikan panitia selama waktu berlangsung.

2. Dimohon dengan sangat agar seluruh Ketuchap mulai melakukan listing peserta di internal area agar panitia dapat melakukan estimasi peserta / rencana kerja. Mohon agar dikirimkan list tsb ke panitia paling lambat tanggal 5 Mei 2014.

3. Peserta akan lebih baik melakukan DP untuk kepastian kehadiran Gathnas yang akan di koordinir masing2 ketuchap dikarenakan panitia harus mempersiapkan serta menghitung jumlah kamar yang akan digunakan, konsumsi, pembuatan kaos, sewa lokasi, dll.

4. Pelunasan dari pendaftaran seluruh peserta agar dapat dilakukan paling lambat tanggal 20 Mei 2014.

5. Teknis Pendaftaran:

– Peserta di chapter area melakukan pendaftaran melalui ketuchap dan bisa langsung melakukan pembayaran DP ataupun pelunasan.

– Ketuchap melaporkan list pendaftaran ke panitia acara (Om Faisal Luqman Hakim) dengan informasi NAMA PESERTA, UKURAN KAOS, KEHADIRAN (PERSONAL/ DGN KELUARGA), STATUS PEMBAYARAN (DP / LUNAS), TRANSPORTASI YANG DIGUNAKAN (MEMBAWA LUMBA/PESAWAT), LAMA MENGINAP DI WISMA DIKLAT (1, 2 ATAU 3 MALAM).

– Ketuchap mentransfer DP / Pelunasan peserta ke bendahara pusat (mbak Dina).

– Peserta non chapter area dapat melakukan pendaftaran langsung ke panitia dan DP/Pembayaran langsung ditransfer ke rekening bendahara pusat (Mbak Dina) yang nantinya akan diteruskan ke bendahara panitia Jogjakarta.

– Bendahara pusat mentransfer pembayaran seluruh peserta ke bendahara panitia Gathnas (Mbak Ratna).

6. CP Pendaftaran: Om Faisal Luqman Hakim di nomor 08122736270, pin: 268B3E41.

Informasi: Hendri 081229912343 / 081931173636 PIN: 74590944, Iqbal 0818993381 PIN: 236430CB

7. Peserta dari luar Jawa yang menggunakan transportasi udara, akan dijemput oleh panitia di bandara Adisutjipto dan akan diantar menuju Wisma Diklat. Begitu pula dengan pengantaran kembali menuju bandara.

8. Peserta yang hanya menginap 1 malam, dapat langsung melakukan proses check out pada pagi hari tanggal 27 Mei 2014 untuk menghindari double payment dikarenakan batas check out pukul 12.00 WIB sedangkan pada tgl tersebut seluruh peserta berada di lokasi Gathering Kaliurang hingga sore hari.

9. Bagi peserta yang akan tinggal lebih lama di Jogja dan menginap di Wisma, biaya sepenuhnya ditanggung oleh peserta. Panitia merekomendasikan untuk peserta tidak pindah ke penginapan lain dikarenakan harga Wisma tsb yang relatif murah dan telah dikondisikan khusus untuk peserta Gathnas SC. Disamping itu krn bertepatan dengan hari libur panjang, tentunya akan menyulitkan peserta apabila mencari hotel lain.
